All applications are processed as soon as possible. Your help will be needed with the following verifications by providing all requested information on the application.

Verify employment and income
Contact current and past landlords
Review detailed rental score
Review national criminal & background history
Review national eviction report

Requirements for approval:

Everyone over the age of 18 must fill out a separate application, with a different email address, and list the same additional applicants.

The rent cannot be more than 30% of your combined gross income.

A positive rental history with no evictions.

No collections or bankruptcies in the last 5 years.

The listings on this page are also the most up-to-date. There can be a delay when listings are added or removed from other sites.

How much is the application fee?
The application fee is $40. Everyone over the age of 18 must fill out a separate application, with a different email address, and list the same additional applicants. The fee can be paid with a debit or credit card when submitting your application.

Is the application fee refundable if not approved?
Application fees are non-refundable as they pay for your screening records.

How long does the application process take?
1 to 3 business days if all the required information has been submitted. Any missing information will delay processing.

How do you handle multiple applications received for a property?
Applications are processed in the order that they are received. If the unit is taken by an earlier applicant, your application is still good for 60 days. After that, you would need to re-apply.

Will a co-signer help with approval?
A co-signer is someone that is willing to guarantee everything in the lease, including rent payments and damages to the unit. They go through the same application process as the potential tenant. This can help someone get approved that has low income, no credit, no verifiable rental history, or other missing requirements.

What if I have bad credit?
We don't make decisions based on just your credit score and can be more lenient when it comes to medical debt or student loans. Collections or bankruptcies in the last 5 years will effect approval.

How many people can live in the home?
There can only be up to 2 people per bedroom. Children over the age of 2 must be of the same gender to share a room.

Do you accept pets?
It varies greatly depending on the owner and the property. Details will be on the specific listing. If considered, there is a $300 non-refundable pet fee & $25 additional rent per month.
